The California Eye Institute is a comprehensive eye care facility. CEI offers a wide range of services including cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, diabetic ocular surgery, and other ocular surgical procedures. All surgery is same day or “outpatient” surgery, which means patients can return to their homes for a comfortable recovery shortly after their procedure. The center is a joint venture between Saint Agnes Medical Center and several prominent Fresno ophthalmologists.
